Programme Overview:
The Master of Art and Design programme offered by TAR UMT is designed to produce graduates who are trained with advanced knowledge, practical and analytical skills required for problem identification, research design and data analysis. It is particularly relevant to the creative profession, which requires critical thinking, analytical abilities, and extensive study. In the process of creating high-quality art material, there is a strong demand for art and design professionalism.

Minimum Entry Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 2.75, as accepted by the Senate; OR
A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and not meeting a CGPA of 2.75, can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment; OR
A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, not meeting a CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a relevant field.

1) Malaysian Students
MUET Band 4.0 or IELTS Band 6.0 or CEFR Mid B2 or TOEFL iBT 60 or its equivalent; OR
Exemption of English Language requirement if the medium of instruction during Bachelor studies was in English
2) International Students
IELTS Band 6.0 or CEFR Mid B2, TOEFL iBT 60 its equivalent; OR
Exemption of English Language requirement if medium of instruction during Bachelor studies was in English
