This programme is designed to produce graduates who are equipped with advanced knowledge and essential skills required for building a solid academic background and conducting research. With this, this programme aims to produce research outcomes that could be disseminated through publications and make intellectual contributions to the communication field, on top of pursuing their career as an academic, researcher, policy analyst, etc..

A Master's Degree (Level 7 Malaysian Qualifications Framework, MQF) or equivalent as approved by the HEP Senate
English Language Requirements
Malaysian Students
MUET Band 4.0 or IELTS Band 5.5 or CEFR Low B2 or TOEFL iBT 42 or equivalent; OR
Exemption of English Language requirement if medium of instruction during Master studies was in English
International Students
Minimum International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 6.0 or its equivalent
